Our Meeting Rooms are charged at extremely competitive rates, starting at only $25 per hour + GST.
Our offices are conveniently located on the corner of Portside Crescent and The Avenue, Maryville, which is only a short 5-minute drive away from Newcastle’s CBD and Honey Suckle area where you will find many excellent restaurants and cafes.
We are also extremely close to the beautiful waterfronts.
Free, unmetered parking is readily available. However, we do have an agreement with Revolution Sports Park directly across the road to use their car park for a small daily fee. Please contact our staff if you would like to organise a car park for the day
Mint Business Centre is only a short 15-minute walk away from Hamilton Train Station and the new City Interchange. Our closest bus stop is only about 400 meters away on Hannell Street, Hamilton.
There are two cafes within walking distance to Mint Business Centre. Tasty Bites Café is across the road, which is great for a quick sandwich or coffee, or Source Café is right on the water if you are looking for something a little more upmarket. The CBD of Newcastle, which offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants and cafes, is only a short 5-minute drive away. We can also organise catering for you if you prefer.
