How it works:
- Programming is performed at our office to link your business name to the allocated telephone number (within our system). This means that when your telephone number is called, your business name will appear on our telephone screen and your calls are answered in your business name.
- We work with you to ensure that our script accurately reflects your business approach and that this vital interaction with your callers is as seamless and effective as possible.
- Messages are relayed back to you as arranged either via SMS, email or fax.
- Appointments can be made by our Receptionist straight to your calendar.
- The allocation of a telephone number and programming can be performed within 24 hours if required.
Our Telephone Answering Service is offered between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
