What does Stevens Conveyancing do?
Think of us as your professional hand-holders when you buy and sell residential property in NSW.
Buying and selling property can be an overwhelming experience as there are many parties to deal with. We help our clients navigate the maze and liaise with many parties on their behalf such as real estate agents, Revenue NSW, ATO, banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers, pest and building inspectors, surveyors and sometimes accountants and financial planners.
Who are your employees / Colleagues?
My husband Ben Stevens is my Office Manager plus all you lovely ladies at Mint for answering my phone! 😊
What are you most proud about Stevens Conveyancing?
We are most proud of the customer service that we provide our clients and other property industry professionals. We aim to explain complex conveyancing legal terminology in a straightforward manner.
Where do you see Stevens Conveyancing in the future?
We are continually assessing and fine-tuning how we work and how we deliver our services to our clients. We are all about stream-lined systems and processes but with a personal approach.
What has been your biggest challenge as a business owner?
As a self-confessed control freak… being a business owner is actually my happy place! Being a business owner is not for everyone but it is a lot easier when you have good systems and processes and a good office manager! My top tip is to focus on what you are good at and outsource what you are not good at or what you do not enjoy doing! Most important! 😊
