We began working with a local podiatrist in 2014, at the time, he was a one-man team and was interested in expanding his business and was open to bringing on more staff members if needed.
Now, in 2023, the same business has a team of 5 and hundreds of clients on file whom they see regularly.

As previously mentioned, all five podiatrists are fully booked and there are hundreds of clients on file that are seen regularly. With all of this in mind, there is a lot of calendar management involved. Appointments are booked, rescheduled, moved around and swapped daily. The team of podiatrists have holidays and days off that need to be accounted for and almost every phone call we receive during the day is regarding a new or existing appointment change.
Email Management
With hundreds of clients, comes hundreds of emails. Each week, this particular business receives between 60-120 emails. The emails are from doctor surgeries, aged care providers, clients and their loved ones. We action, respond to and file away every email within one business day.
Administration
Along with the specialised administration tasks already mentioned, we also action incoming mail, liaise with staff members, create and process invoices and action referrals from doctor’s surgeries and aged care providers.
