Emma managed Mint Business Centre from 2013 to 2017. On the 1st of November 2017, Emma purchased Mint Business Centre and became the sole Director.
Emma is passionate about helping her clients become successful and growing their businesses and is proud of the professional and efficient services that the Mint BC team provides. One of the many highlights of Emma’s career is supporting small sole operators to grow into a business that supports the community by employing local people and the local economy.
Emma’s hopes and dreams are that Mint Business Centre will continue to grow by continuing to provide professional services to businesses and business owners of the Newcastle/Hunter Valley area and beyond.

Sandra brought her expertise to Mint BC in 2018, joining as Receptionist and progressing into her current role as CEO of Mint Business Centre, a serviced and virtual office provider supporting businesses across Australia.
With more than three decades of customer service experience, Sandra is passionate about people and committed to ensuring every interaction feels warm, positive, and welcoming. Known for her hands-on approach, calm under pressure, and keen eye for improvement, she is a trusted source of support for both clients and team members alike.
As CEO, Sandra oversees the day-to-day operations of Mint BC, mentors her team, and even built the business’s CRM system from the ground up, reflecting her practical, solutions-driven nature.
Sandra welcomes connections from businesses looking for a professional, flexible workspace solution, whether local to the Hunter or anywhere across Australia.
