Our Training Room is suitable for up to 20 people, various desk layouts available. Includes wi-fi, utilities and friendly receptionist. Free on-street parking is available.
Our Casual Offices are suitable for up to 4 people. Includes wi-fi, utilities and friendly receptionist. Free on-street parking is available.
Our Boardroom is suitable for up to 8 people. Includes wi-fi, TV access for video conferences and is on the ground floor for easy access. Free on-street parking is available.
What amenities are included with the meeting room hire?
Our meeting rooms come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a large-screen TV or projector, whiteboards, markers, comfortable seating, and charging stations. We also provide access to printing and copying services if needed.
What hours are your meeting rooms available?
Our meeting rooms are available between 9 am – 5 pm on weekdays. We are closed on public holidays.
Can I book a meeting room for a few hours, or is it only available for full-day hire?
Yes, our meeting rooms are available for hourly, half-day, or full-day hire, allowing flexibility to suit your needs. Our half-day and full-day bookings enjoy a discount. Whether you need the space for a quick meeting or a full-day workshop, we can accommodate you.
Is catering available for meetings?
Yes, we can arrange catering services upon request. Let us know your requirements when booking, and we’ll provide a range of options to choose from.
How many people can the meeting room accommodate?
We have meeting rooms in various sizes, suitable for small meetings of 2-4 people up to larger gatherings of 15-20 people. Please let us know your expected group size, and we will reserve a room that meets your needs.
Do I need to bring my own laptop and presentation materials?
While you are welcome to bring your own laptop, we provide HDMI connections and adapters for easy plug-and-play access to our screens and projectors. We also offer whiteboards and markers for presentations.
Is there parking on-site?
Our on-site parking is reserved for permanent tenants, however there is plenty of free street parking available.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking if needed?
We understand plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your booking, although cancellation policies and fees may apply depending on the notice provided. Contact us as early as possible for assistance with rescheduling or canceling.
How do I access the room on the day of my booking?
Upon arrival, simply check in at our front desk, and our team will guide you to your reserved room.
