HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Select from our tailored Virtual Office packages, each designed to meet different business needs and budgets.
  • Once registered with us, our Maryville address becomes your official business address, enhancing your professional image and online presence.
  • We receive your business mail on-site and securely hold it for you to collect at your convenience, or we can forward it directly to you. If you opt for the PO Box service, all mail is sent there for privacy.
  • You can also access additional services as required. When you need to meet clients or work in a professional space, enjoy discounted access to our fully-equipped offices and meeting rooms.

What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is a workspace solution that offers businesses an address. It provides businesses with all the benefits of a traditional office space without the need for a physical presence. By utilising Mint Business Centre’s Virtual Office, you will have access to our commercial and postal address to use for Google Maps and marketing purpose, with the option of mail forwarding.

Can you forward my mail?
Mail forwarding of standard letters is included in Silver and Gold Virtual Office packages. If we receive a parcel for you, we will send you an email to let you know that there’s a package ready for you to pick up. Use of our address or PO box is not available with our Bronze Virtual Office package.

Can I use the address to register with Google Maps?
Yes. This is one of the biggest benefits of a virtual office. It gives you exposure without the normally associated costs.  

How soon can we be up and running?
All of our services can be up and running within 24 hours.

Are you locked into a contract?
No, there are no locked in contracts. We only ask that if you want to cancel your service, please send us an email and your service will be cancelled at the end of the month we have received the email.

Where is Mint Business Centre located?
Mint Business Centre is located in Maryville, NSW which is only a short 5 minutes from Newcastle’s CBD.

Do you have other locations?
